Everyday Arabic for kids
ELAF teaches children the everyday Arabic we speak at home, through a story they play with Habooba, their grandmother.
Why everyday Arabic, not only classical Arabic?
Children abroad hear everyday Arabic at home, with grandparents and on calls with family. If they only learn classical Arabic, they can read a book but cannot chat with their own family. ELAF starts with the words a child needs to talk to the people they love.

The story: Habooba comes to Canada
Habooba is moving to Canada to join her family, and your child is there for every step: the big news, the long wait, getting the house ready, the airport and the welcome party.
What your child does in each lesson
- Watches the story
- Learns the word
- Says it out loud, and ELAF listens
- Writes it with a finger
- Plays a picture game
The first thing your child says, in lesson one: «السلام عليكم يا حبوبة».
For every age
From age 3 up. The same story is told three ways, Explorer, Adventure and Challenge, each with 3 Arabic levels. Adventures 1 to 5 are playable today; the full story has 24.
